Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all components, accessories, and original packaging.

  • The product may show normal handling only. Items that are damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products must be returned in a clean and unused condition.

  • Any defective or damaged items upon arrival must be reported immediately after delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Wilson London reserves the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, or do not comply with our return conditions.


How to Return Your Order

If your return meets the conditions outlined above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via our contact page.

  2. Include the following information in your message:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Do not send your return to the sender’s address. Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address may not be accepted.


Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

If you are a consumer (a private individual purchasing for non-commercial purposes), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase under the following conditions:

Cancellation Period

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please note: As Wilson London operates an automated fulfillment system, orders are processed shortly after placement. Once 24 hours have passed, cancellation is no longer possible.


How to Cancel Your Order

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear written statement via email indicating your decision to cancel the order.
The cancellation is considered valid only if we receive your request within 24 hours after the order has been placed.


Refunds

  • All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within up to 14 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  • All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
